By downloading or using the "Bazar Hisab" application, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

2. Purpose of the Application

This application is designed as a personal finance management / expense tracking utility to assist users in tracking household expenses and budgets. It operates primarily offline and stores your financial entries securely on your local device. The Application does not provide loans, banking, credit, or any other financial services, and operates strictly as a household ledger and expense manager.

3. AI Features & Accuracy Disclaimer

The "Receipt Scan" feature uses on-device text recognition (ML Kit) and, where available, Google Lens integration to extract items and amounts from photographed receipts. The "Voice Entry" feature uses speech-to-text processing to let you dictate expenses in Bengali or English. While we strive for high accuracy, the automated extraction and transcription might occasionally misinterpret data.

Disclaimer: Always verify the parsed items and amounts before saving them to your records. ViveScript Solutions will not be held liable for any inaccuracies, lost data, or financial discrepancies resulting from the use of the app's features.

4. Intellectual Property

The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to ViveScript Solutions. You may not attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.

5. Updates and Changes

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
