ViveScript Solutions LLC ("we", "us", or "our") built Daily Romantic Status as a free, privacy-first mobile utility. By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Daily Romantic Status is designed from the ground up to respect your personal privacy:

• No User Accounts: No registration, usernames, passwords, or emails required.
• No Personal Data: We do not collect your name, phone number, address, contacts, or financial details.
• No Device Sensors or Biometrics: We do not access camera, microphone, GPS location, or device files.
• No Analytics or Trackers: We do not embed behavioral tracking SDKs or user tracking analytics.

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Any preferences or saved favorites you create (such as marking a quote with a heart icon or toggling hashtag visibility) are stored strictly locally on your device using Android's standard private application sandbox storage. This data never leaves your device and is erased completely if you uninstall the app or clear app data.

4. Network Communication & Advertising

All romantic statuses, daily picks, and AI-style combinatorial captions are synthesized entirely offline on your device. No internet connection is needed for status generation, copying, or bookmarking.

The application includes Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements. Google Mobile Ads may collect standard network identifiers, IP address, and advertising identifiers solely to deliver and measure ad placements in compliance with Google Play's advertising policies. 5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any personal user data with third parties. When you tap "Share", the application invokes Android's standard system share sheet, passing the selected quote text directly to whatever app you select (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook).

6. Children's Privacy

Daily Romantic Status does not knowingly address anyone under the age of 13, nor does it collect personally identifiable information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate measures.

7. Security

Since Daily Romantic Status does not store personal data on remote servers, your risk of personal data breaches through our app is minimized.
