1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Prank Lie Detector mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Entertainment-Only Notice

Prank Lie Detector is designed and provided exclusively as a joke and novelty party game for amusement and social entertainment.

• No scientific or biometric validity: The App does NOT perform genuine polygraph analysis, lie detection, psychological evaluation, or biometric measurement. All verdicts ("TRUTH" or "LIE") are generated either via pseudo-random simulation or through secret user preset controls ("Prankster Mode").
• No serious use: You agree NOT to use this application for any serious purpose, including official interrogations, legal matters, employment screenings, law enforcement activities, medical evaluations, or resolution of genuine personal disputes.
• Harmless pranks only: The App is intended for consensual, lighthearted fun among friends. You agree not to use the App to bully, harass, humiliate, or intentionally distress any individual.

3. Prankster Mode Disclosure

The application contains an intentional "Prankster Mode" feature allowing the device owner to secretly predetermine the verdict of subsequent scans. This feature exists purely to enhance comedic timing in filmed video sketches and party jokes.

4. In-App Purchases & Advertising

Optional theme packs (such as Haunted Horror and Polygraph Pro) may be purchased as non-consumable digital items through Google Play Billing. All purchases are final and governed by Google Play's Refund Policies. The free version is supported by Google Mobile Ads, and users may optionally watch rewarded video advertisements to access Deep Scan mode.

5. Intellectual Property

The source code of the application is licensed under the permissive MIT License. However, the application name "Prank Lie Detector", logo, custom adaptive icons, graphic assets, trade dress, and company name "ViveScript Solutions LLC" are proprietary property of ViveScript Solutions LLC and may not be reproduced or used commercially without express written authorization.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall ViveScript Solutions LLC be liable for any claim, damages, loss of reputation, or other liability arising out of the use of or inability to use the application or any prank conducted using the application.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ViveScript Solutions LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
