1. Overview and Core Commitment

ViveScript Solutions LLC ("we", "our", or "us") developed Numberoo - Learn Count Add Subtract as a playful, child-friendly educational math utility for young children and families.

We are deeply committed to protecting the privacy of young learners. Numberoo does not collect, track, harvest, or store any personal information from its users. The application operates completely offline on your device for all educational math activities.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We believe in radical data minimization:

• No Accounts or Profiles: No sign-up, login, name, email, or credentials required.
• No Personal Data: No names, ages, phone numbers, addresses, or email addresses collected.
• No Location: The app does not request or access location permissions.
• No Sensor or Media Data: No access to microphone, camera, contacts, or storage files.
• No Analytics or Trackers: No third-party tracking SDKs (Firebase Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Facebook SDK, etc.).
• No Behavioral Profiling: We never build user profiles, track children across apps, or engage in targeted behavioral advertising.

3. Local On-Device Storage

To support an engaging learning journey, the app stores a minimal set of non-personal preferences directly on your device via Android SharedPreferences: stars collected, sound mute/unmute state, language selection (English or Bangla), and a questions-solved counter.

This data never leaves the device and is never transmitted to any external server. It is erased automatically if the app is uninstalled or app storage is cleared.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Families Policy Compliance)

Numberoo is designed primarily for young children (ages 3–8). We strictly adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), GDPR-K, and Google Play's Families Policy. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13. All educational features work without an internet connection, and there are no social sharing buttons, chat features, multiplayer modes, or open web browser links accessible to children during learning.

5. Advertising and Monetization

Numberoo integrates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). In accordance with Google Play Families Policy and COPPA guidelines, all ad requests are strictly tagged for child-directed treatment, under-age-of-consent, and MAX_AD_CONTENT_RATING_G. This ensures only non-personalized, family-safe, G-rated advertisements are ever requested, with no behavioral tracking, user profiling, or remarketing.

6. Security

Because Numberoo does not transmit or store personal information on remote servers, the risk of data compromise is inherently minimized. Local application data resides exclusively within Android's sandboxed private app storage.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect app enhancements or statutory updates. Any updates will be published with a revised "Last Updated" date.
