The Challenge

Vacation-rental management is an operations business disguised as a property business. Every booking creates the same chain of work — guest messages before, during, and after the stay; a cleaning turnover in the window between checkout and the next arrival; issues to log and resolve; and, at month end, a statement showing each owner what their property earned and cost. Done by hand, that chain lives in spreadsheets, inboxes, and memory — which is exactly where Estavo started: a real host's 11-property spreadsheet workflow that outgrew the spreadsheet.

Our Solution

Estavo gives hosts and property managers one operations view across their portfolio. Bookings are entered manually as they are confirmed — there is no channel integration to babysit — and from that one record the rest flows: each booking drives its turnover, with cleaning scheduled and assigned per property and changes or cancellations re-flowing to the cleaner; guest communication runs from approved message templates sent at the right stage of each stay; maintenance and issues are tracked from report to resolution in one list; and owner statements are compiled from the booking records per property and per owner instead of being assembled by hand at month end.
