It answers the questions guests ask at any hour — availability, amenities, directions, booking questions — from the property's own information, and hands over to the team when a question needs a human. It is a standalone product, separate from the ViveReply Suite management system.

The Challenge
Guest questions don't keep office hours. They arrive at midnight, during check-in rushes, and in the middle of service — and they are mostly the same questions: availability, amenities, check-in times, directions, how to book. Every unanswered message is a guest who books elsewhere, and every answered one costs front-desk time the team doesn't have twice.
Our Solution
ViveReply Chat sits on the property's own channels and answers guest inquiries around the clock, configured with the property's own information — its rooms, amenities, policies, and booking route — so answers are about that property, not generic. Repetitive questions are handled instantly at any hour; questions that need a person are handed over to the team. ViveReply Chat is a separate product from the ViveReply Suite resort management system: a property can use either on its own, and connecting Chat to a Suite deployment is an optional, separately scoped add-on.
