The Challenge
Independent hotels and resorts typically run on a patchwork: a spreadsheet or paper register for bookings, phone calls to housekeeping, rates worked out on paper, and guests pushed toward third-party channels because the property's own website can't take a booking. The front desk carries the whole operation in its head, and the property owns neither the guest relationship nor the booking data.
Our Solution
ViveReply Suite connects the guest side and the staff side in one system, deployed as a custom, isolated instance per property. Guests get a branded website on the property's own domain — mobile-first, in Bengali and English — with a room and amenity showcase, a live availability calendar, and direct online booking, with deposits paid through bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, or BanglaQR, each gateway configured against the property owner's own merchant account; a direct WhatsApp contact link and SEO schema setup are included. Staff run the day from a management dashboard over a central reservation ledger: check-in and check-out with room assignment and walk-in entry, dynamic room inventory with blocked dates, housekeeping clean/dirty status the whole team can see, weekend pricing overrides and holiday minimum stays, deposit and balance tracking, and occupancy reporting. Onboarding and training are included with each deployment. One honest boundary: the Suite is the property's direct channel — it does not sync with or replace OTA distribution partners.
