1. Overview & Entertainment-Only Statement

Prank Lie Detector is an entertainment party game designed to simulate a fingerprint polygraph scan for harmless humor among friends and family. The application does not perform actual lie detection, has no scientific basis, and produces randomized or user-selected outcomes.

2. No Biometric Data Collection

We do not collect, scan, process, store, or share fingerprint images, biometric data, or physical physiological markers. The on-screen fingerprint scanner pad is purely an animated visual graphic. The application does not use the Android BiometricPrompt API or any physical fingerprint sensor hardware — touching the screen only registers standard touch events to trigger visual effects and haptic feedback.

3. No Audio or Microphone Access

The application does not request or require RECORD_AUDIO permissions. Questions and answers are spoken out loud within your in-person friend group — the app does not listen to, record, analyze, or transmit your voice or background sound.

4. No User Accounts

Prank Lie Detector does not require account creation, social sign-ins, email addresses, phone numbers, or passwords. You can launch and use the entire application immediately and offline.

5. On-Device Analytics Only

All usage metrics (such as the number of scans performed, truth vs. lie distribution, and shares initiated) are stored exclusively in private local device storage. These metrics are never transmitted off your device, and they can be viewed and cleared at any time from within the app.

6. Third-Party Services

The app integrates standard, certified Google libraries:

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): The app displays banner ads on the Home screen and optional rewarded video ads to unlock Deep Scan mode. Google Mobile Ads may collect non-personal device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) and crash logs to serve advertisements in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing: Optional theme packs can be purchased via Google Play. All payment processing is performed entirely by Google LLC — ViveScript Solutions LLC never has access to your card number, bank information, or billing address.

7. Device Permissions

The app requests only the minimum essential permissions: VIBRATE (tactile vibration pulses during the animated scan and verdict reveal) and INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE (used solely by Google Mobile Ads and Google Play Billing).

8. Children's Privacy

Prank Lie Detector is a general audience entertainment application. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).
