1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the BDT Currency Convertermobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the App.

2. Description of Service

BDT Currency Converter is a mobile utility software application developed and published by ViveScript Solutions LLC. The App provides currency conversion estimates between Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and global foreign currencies based on publicly available foreign exchange rate feeds and on-device calculations.

3. Financial Disclaimer (Information Only)

THE APP IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND GENERAL ESTIMATION PURPOSES ONLY.

• Exchange rates provided by the App represent indicative interbank or market rates retrieved from third-party data providers.
• Market rates fluctuate continuously. Banks, money exchanges, remittance operators, customs departments, and commercial financial institutions apply their own proprietary spreads, margins, retail commissions, and transfer fees.
• ViveScript Solutions LLC does not provide financial, investment, taxation, foreign exchange brokerage, or banking advisory services.
• Do not execute large commercial transactions, financial transfers, or legal remittances solely based on estimates shown in the App without independently verifying exact rates with your financial service provider.

4. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

4.1 Source Code

The underlying source code of BDT Currency Converter is licensed under the open-source MIT License.

4.2 Proprietary Assets

The name "BDT Currency Converter", the ViveScript Solutions LLC name and logo, app icons, visual design themes, feature graphics, promotional artwork, screenshots, trademarks, and associated brand assets are the exclusive proprietary property of ViveScript Solutions LLC and are strictly excluded from the MIT License. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute these proprietary assets for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from ViveScript Solutions LLC.

5. Permitted Use & Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the third-party network APIs utilized by the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary copyright or trademark notices displayed within the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

ViveScript Solutions LLC makes no warranty that:

1. The App will meet your specific business or personal requirements.
2. The exchange rate feeds will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
3. The results derived from the App will be 100% identical to commercial bank transaction figures.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VIVESCRIPT SOLUTIONS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFIT, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR DATA LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Third-Party Data Services

The App retrieves publicly available exchange rate feeds from third-party services (open.er-api.com). ViveScript Solutions LLC has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, uptime, or availability of third-party network endpoints.

9. Modifications to the App and Terms

ViveScript Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any portion thereof) at any time without notice. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ViveScript Solutions LLC is registered, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
