CIRK – Offline Mesh Network
Your people. Your network. Anywhere. Stay connected with your group when cell towers are congested, mobile data is down, or internet access is completely unavailable.
CIRK
★ Mesh Messaging • 100% Offline
Built for Groups, Anywhere
Festivals & Events
Coordinate with your crew at crowded music festivals and sporting events when networks are jammed.
Campus & Clubs
Offline bulletin boards and announcements for campus groups, clubs, and local communities.
Outages & Off-Grid
Keep neighborhoods connected during power outages, camping trips, and off-grid expeditions.
Key Features
Real Multi-Hop Relaying
Messages travel through chains of devices (A → B → C → D), reaching people far beyond the sender's direct radio range.
100% Offline & Serverless
No central servers, cloud databases, SIM cards, or cellular data. Phones connect directly over Bluetooth Low Energy and Wi-Fi Direct.
No Accounts or Passwords
Pick an alias and jump straight in. No phone numbers, email addresses, or social media logins required.
Host Disconnect Tolerance
If the network creator leaves or loses power, authorized relay nodes keep forwarding bulletins and the CIRK alive.
Secure QR Invitations
Invite nearby people with offline QR codes carrying scoped member or relay delegation roles — verified with zero internet access.
Store-and-Forward, Battery-Conscious
Reconnected members automatically catch up on recent announcements, while duplicate suppression and low-power discovery protect your battery.
Private by Design — Honest About Limits
CIRK runs without servers and uploads nothing. It is a public community bulletin network — not an encrypted private messenger — and it does not replace emergency services.
