ReplyBase is a SaaS platform for AI-powered automation and response management, designed and developed end to end by ViveScript Solutions for a client. The system consists of three integrated subdomains: a marketing website, a SaaS application dashboard, and an automation engine, working together as a unified ecosystem.

The Challenge
Our client needed a complete SaaS platform for AI-powered automation: a marketing presence to attract users, a user-facing dashboard for managing operations, and an automation engine for processing responses — three distinct but interconnected components that had to work as one unified product, designed and built end to end.
Our Solution
ViveScript Solutions designed and developed ReplyBase complete, A–Z. The marketing website (replybase.co.uk) served as the public-facing entry point, the SaaS application dashboard (app.replybase.co.uk) gave users an interface for managing automation workflows, settings, and analytics, and the automation engine (engine.replybase.co.uk) handled AI processing and automation tasks. All three components were built on modern cloud infrastructure with a microservices architecture. The platform ran in full production; the client later discontinued it after deciding to focus on another project.
