Vacation rental management is an operations business disguised as a property business. Every new booking creates the same chain of work: messages to the guest before, during, and after the stay; a cleaning turnover that has to happen in the window between checkout and the next arrival; issues to log and resolve; and, at month end, a statement that shows each owner exactly what their property earned and cost. Done by hand, that chain lives in spreadsheets, inboxes, and memory — which is exactly where our platform Estavo started: a real host's 11-property spreadsheet workflow that outgrew the spreadsheet. We build automation around the whole loop. Bookings are entered into Estavo manually as they are confirmed — no channel integration to babysit — and from that one record, everything else flows. Each booking drives its turnover: cleaning is scheduled and assigned per property, and changes or cancellations re-flow to the cleaner instead of being re-typed. Guest communication runs from message templates you approve, sent at the right stage of each stay, so guests get consistent answers without you composing the same reply forty times. Maintenance and issues are tracked from report to resolution in one list. And owner statements are compiled from the booking records per property and per owner — no end-of-month archaeology through three tools.
