1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the CIRK application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

CIRK provides an offline-first peer-to-peer mesh messaging utility designed to relay public text announcements between nearby compatible Android devices using local radio connections (Bluetooth Low Energy and Wi-Fi Direct). The App functions entirely without internet access, mobile data, or central servers.

3. Critical Safety & Emergency Disclaimer

CIRK is not a certified emergency communications system or life-safety network. It does not connect to emergency dispatchers (such as 911, 112, or 999). Mesh radio propagation depends entirely on physical device proximity, obstructions, battery levels, and radio interference. Do not rely on CIRK for time-critical medical, fire, life-safety, or disaster rescue communications.

4. Public Nature of Communications

All announcements published through CIRK are public transmissions received and forwarded by intermediate participating relay nodes. You have no expectation of privacy or confidentiality for any content published through CIRK, and you are solely responsible for all content transmitted from your device.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use CIRK to:

• Transmit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, or fraudulent text.
• Interfere with, flood, or maliciously overload local mesh radio channels.
• Transmit malicious payloads or tamper with network protocol envelopes.
• Impersonate emergency officials, law enforcement, or public authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

The application's underlying open components are licensed under the MIT License. The name "CIRK", logo, graphic emblems, application icons, and branding are proprietary trademarks and intellectual property of ViveScript Solutions LLC and are strictly reserved.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Under no circumstances shall ViveScript Solutions LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the application, message loss, radio transmission delay, or network partitioning.
