By downloading, installing, accessing, or using "Numberoo - Learn Count Add Subtract" (the "Application"), you ("User", "Parent", or "Guardian") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not install or use the Application.

2. Description of the Application

Numberoo is a playful, lightweight educational utility developed by ViveScript Solutions LLC to help young children learn numbers (0–20), object counting, simple addition, and simple subtraction. The Application is provided as an offline-first learning aid.

3. License and Proprietary Rights

The underlying source code of the Application is licensed under the open-source MIT License.

The name "Numberoo", the character design of the kangaroo mascot, logos, app icons, splash screens, promotional graphics, proprietary illustrations, trademarks, and associated visual trade dress are the exclusive intellectual property of ViveScript Solutions LLC. They are not licensed under the MIT License and may not be reproduced, modified, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

4. Appropriate Use

The Application is designed for educational, personal, and non-commercial family use. Parents and guardians are encouraged to participate in early childhood learning activities. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer (except as permitted under applicable law), disrupt, or exploit any test advertising or platform interfaces.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular educational outcome, merchantability, or non-infringement.

ViveScript Solutions LLC makes no representation that the Application will be completely error-free or uninterrupted across all hardware configurations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ViveScript Solutions LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Application.

ViveScript Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ViveScript Solutions LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
